Walking tours in Ireland

Walking tours in Ireland is perhaps a strange choice of topic for me, but part of my objective in this blog is to find useful sites for people living in ireland. I have the impression that alot of irish people don't properly appreciate the countryside that we have. One of the best ways to enjoy the countryside is to avail of the many walking tours throughout ireland.
There a number of options, depending on your budget.
Firstly there is the full package tour that usually includes flight, accomodation and tour guide.

Alternatively, if you feel confident enough to do it without a guide, you can try these 'self guide tours' and save yourself a bit of money:

If you are looking for a short 4 to 5 day break try here:

If you want to do it all yourself, get some walking maps of ireland here.
