Via Damien Mulley Sounds like a pretty good deal. 3 now have 3G coverage for over 80% of the country according to their website. If you have a laptop, this means that you can get broadband where-ever you travel to, more or less. I'm seriously considering dropping my landline at this stage.

Did you hire it? Does it work fine?
I am thinking in hire one of the three companies, o2, Voda and this. This is the cheapest one, so I don´t trust in its service

Yes I have, and it works pretty good for me in Ballincollig. But I have tested it in other areas in the town and it works very slowly. So I guess it depends on proximity to the mast. Have had it for 3 months now and had one half day downtime otherwise works fine. A little bit slower then DSL but I can live with it.
